Product Description

SRF (Solid Recovered Fuel) is an alternative fuel made from waste after pretreatment, composed of renewable resources such as municipal solid waste, industrial waste, and agricultural waste. Through sorting, crushing, drying, and molding processes, these wastes are transformed into high calorific value solid fuel for power generation or heating.

The SRF shredder processes solid waste based on the principle of low speed, high torque, and rotary shear. Materials enter the shredding box where blades tear them into small pieces, which are then discharged through screen holes.

SRF Production Process
1. Raw Material Collection and Pretreatment

Collect industrial waste (textiles, leather, fabrics) and remove non-flammable impurities through manual/mechanical sorting and magnetic separation.

2. Crushing and Fine Sorting

Primary crushing to 5-10 cm fragments with moisture control. Fine sorting using drum screens and magnetic equipment to separate metal fragments.

3. Drying and Secondary Crushing

Rotary drying at 180-220℃ to reduce moisture below 12%. Secondary crushing to 1-3 cm particles with metal detection.

4. Mixing and Molding

Proportional mixing in double-shaft mixer with binders. High-pressure forming (80-120 MPa) with cooling for at least 25 minutes.
