The blade shape and arrangement are designed according to the type of aluminum scrap and the shredding requirements.

• Drive system: This primarily consists of a motor, a reducer, and a coupling. Its function is to transmit the motor's power to the main shaft, enabling the blades to rotate at an appropriate speed. The reducer reduces the motor's speed while increasing the output torque to meet the power requirements for shredding the aluminum scrap.

• Discharge system: This is responsible for discharging the shredded aluminum scrap from the shredder. Discharge methods include deadweight discharge and forced discharge. The discharge port size can be adjusted as needed to control the particle size of the discharged material.
